Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PCU Cardiac Registered Nurse to join our team. As a PCU Cardiac Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our Cardiac ICU. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide education to patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management, medication, and self-care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program
  • Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
