The Mechanical Integrity Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and operational reliability of production facilities. This position involves overseeing the mechanical integrity and adherence to regulations of fixed equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the mechanical integrity program to align with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement an optimized integrity management program.
- Provide expert guidance on inspection coverage and perform data analysis.
- Assess equipment conditions, including damage and failures, utilizing condition monitoring data.
- Ensure the timely execution of Inspection Work Plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various site functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Mechanical Integrity Inspection Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical integrity roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- API certifications are advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
The role may involve a combination of sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and various visual tasks.
