As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing mechanical systems and components for various projects.brbrstrongKey Responsibilities:/strongbrbr* Collaborate with project managers to understand client requirements and translate them into effective mechanical engineering solutions.br* Design, develop, and analyze mechanical systems and components for various projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client specifications.br* Provide technical support during project planning and execution phases to ensure that all mechanical systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.br* Conduct engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to verify the integrity and efficiency of designs.br* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies, related to mechanical design and project execution.br* Prepare and review technical documentation, including engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.br* Assist in the selection and procurement of mechanical components and systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.br* Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project timelines and goals are met.br* Write inspection reports based on field documents, photos, and diagrams.br* Participate in regular project meetings, providing engineering insight and ensuring alignment between engineering and project management goals.br* Monitor and evaluate the performance of mechanical systems, recommending improvements or modifications as needed.brbrstrongRequirements:/strongbrbr* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.br* 0-2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments.br* Proven experience in project support and working within multi-disciplinary teams.br* Familiarity with regulatory codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API) applicable to mechanical systemsbr* Proficiency in Microsoft office programsbrbrstrongSkills and Abilities:/strongbrbr* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems.br* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to various stakeholders.br* Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and industry standards.br* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.br* Attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.br* Proficiency in engineering design tools and software, with the ability to produce accurate technical drawings and documents.br* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate engineering concepts to non-technical personnel.
