Job Description: As a Customer Service Specialist for Travel with SVH Travel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Reporting Structure: Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and advice to customers based on their travel preferences.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and regulations to better assist customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and software is a plus.
