Job Description: As a Customer Service Specialist for Travel with SVH Travel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Reporting Structure: Customer Service Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice to customers based on their travel preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and regulations to better assist customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and software is a plus.
