TowerMRL - Advanced Tower Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Vegetation Pest Applicator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our tower sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pesticide application and vegetation management
  • Maintenance of tower sites, including cutting grass and weeds, and picking up trash
  • Uploading documentation to our company website
  • Documentation of work completed at each tower site
  • Quarterly lighting inspections
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel for 10-day trips, with 4 days off upon return
  • Must have a basic understanding of power equipment, including trimmers and lawn mowers
  • Ability to work independently and effectively
  • Must have a valid Right of Way (herbicide applicator) license
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on licensing and experience
  • Bonus structure: $45,000.00 to $70,000.00 annually
  • Per diem: $45 per day
  • Hotel room paid for by the company
