About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a seasoned Sanctions Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sanctions compliance group, you will play a vital role in identifying and addressing sanctions-related risks across various clients, transactions, and products.

Job Summary
  • Determine and implement effective sanctions compliance strategies to minimize risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global regulatory standards, including OFAC, EU, UN, and other sanctions regimes.
  • Analyze and interpret evolving sanctions regulations, providing expert advice on compliance strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sanctions policies, procedures, and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of sanctions regulations to stay up-to-date on changes and updates.
  2. Collaborate with business units to develop and implement sanctions compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  3. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate colleagues on sanctions compliance best practices.
  4. Stay informed about emerging trends and developments in sanctions compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international relations, law, or finance.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sanctions compliance, anti-money laundering, financial crimes, or a comparable field.
  • Proven expertise in interpreting and applying sanctions regulations, including OFAC, EU, and UN.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
