About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. This key position will assist with the administration and continued development of our licensing program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. The successful candidate will interact with various stakeholders, including vendors and employees from multiple departments, to maintain full-cycle leadership of the due diligence function and monitor, maintain, and further develop vendor licensing programs.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain full-cycle leadership of the due diligence function, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Advise internal stakeholders and vendors on licensing requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Monitor, maintain, and further develop vendor licensing programs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of regulatory compliance/licensing experience, with 3+ years of leadership experience. A Bachelor's degree or related experience is required, with a J.D. being strongly preferred. Previous experience in a highly regulated environment, particularly in the gaming industry, is also desirable.
