Your expertise as a management consultant will enable you to scrutinize every facet of client operations, delivering actionable insights for process enhancements and mission success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client structures and operations.
  • Identify strengths and areas for improvement within their current frameworks.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to facilitate organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with mission objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Proven ability to foster stakeholder engagement through effective communication.
  • Understanding of land use management and energy projects related to military operations.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and policies impacting military functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Capacity to quickly assimilate new information and adapt to changing environments.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD's Mission Compatibility Assessment Tool (MCAT).
  • Familiarity with the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
  • Knowledge of wind turbine impacts on military operations.
  • Experience in monitoring foreign investments in energy sectors.
  • Involvement in joint land use studies and compatible use planning.
  • Understanding of military-community land use planning efforts.
  • Knowledge of the Department of the Interior's offshore lease processes.
  • Familiarity with interagency forums on radar interference mitigation.
  • Understanding of the DoD's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
  • Proficiency in creating presentation graphics using PowerPoint or similar software.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
