Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computing systems and applications, including desktops, laptops, networking devices, operating systems, desktop software, and enterprise applications.
  • Provide support for online, on-premise, and remote meetings and events.
  • Set up and manage shared systems such as conference room audio-visual equipment, recording and broadcasting systems, and digital signage.
  • Resolve help desk tickets accurately and promptly, adhering to service level agreements and team practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other IT departments to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Engage in project work as assigned, such as documenting solutions, developing guidelines, investigating recurring issues, and automating routine tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support, particularly with networked PC equipment.
  • Proficient in operating systems and desktop software, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Understanding of networking principles, topologies, and protocols.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with UNIX, Linux, Mac, SharePoint, Webex, and audio-visual systems is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restrictions.
  • This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
