We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at LCA Lab. Corp. of America. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, processing specimens for testing, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process specimens for testing and analysis
- Provide superior customer service to patients
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred)
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist (preferred)
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
