About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Blood Collection Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with every step of the blood collection process, from setting up equipment to creating a welcoming environment for volunteer donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with your teammates to transport and set up equipment at collection sites in local communities.
  • Create a comfortable and friendly environment for volunteer donors to ensure their experience is positive and stress-free.
  • Follow all safety procedures while collecting lifesaving blood donations that are delivered to hospitals.
  • Work with the team to set up and tear down equipment at donation sites.
What You'll Need
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience is highly valued.
  • Prior leadership experience is also desirable.
