  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, Wealth Management Advisors, and other stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Stay current on market news and events, and maintain a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree in finance or business administration preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience supporting Wealth Management Advisors.
  • Language: Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) – Fluent, including writing.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced PC user with strong command of MS Office applications.
