Clinical Specialist, Spine Enabling Technologies Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Stryker Spine team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide clinical product support to end-users and provide on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and clinical/technical support in the operation of our navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency.
Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for use in conjunction with our Enabling Technologies system, assist surgeons in preoperative planning, and provide intra-operative guidance.
Train physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff, radiology, and central sterile processing on the use of our navigation system, instruments, disposables, and software applications.
Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the requirements of our Enabling Technologies quality system.
Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious manner.
Provide case coverage at accounts and support the development and execution of the sales plan, as well as grow the utilization of our navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred or 6 years equivalent clinical experience.
Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Medium work, ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
