About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Plasma Donation Center Technician. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, answering phones and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure the safety of donors and staff by adhering to company protocols and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using company-approved procedures.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support our donors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
  • English and Spanish proficiency required.
