Empower Business Growth with Strategic Procurement

Join Microsoft's Procurement Solutions team as a Procurement Manager and drive business value through proactive global solutions that are innovative, cost-effective, compliant, and socially responsible. As a trusted partner to business stakeholders, you will lead end-to-end procurement solutions from supplier strategy creation to sourcing and negotiations, delivering key procurement metrics on hard dollar savings, supplier diversity, sustainability, compliance, and company-aligned enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design company-aligned procurement strategies centered around capabilities, quality, and value to Microsoft.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement solutions from supplier strategy creation to sourcing and negotiations.
  • Deliver on key procurement metrics on hard dollar savings, supplier diversity, sustainability, compliance, and company-aligned enterprise value.
  • Partner with the business, Finance, Privacy, and legal groups to land strategies on a cost-optimized, scalable, and compliant supply base.
  • Drive strategy informed by data analytics, business requirements, supplier capabilities and performance, industry trends, financial budgets, and procurement and contract data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations.
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base pay range: $75,100 - $148,900 per year.
  • Eligibility for benefits and other compensation.
