Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing portable diagnostic imaging procedures in various settings to support the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
Responsibilities- Operate portable radiologic equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.
- Position patients safely and comfortably for imaging procedures.
- Ensure image quality meets standards while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent patient care and communication.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Meet state-specific and federal requirements to perform portable x-rays, including registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist RT (R) or state x-ray license (if applicable).
- Possess a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
- Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds and walk up and down stairs easily while carrying equipment.
- Ability to work a varied schedule that may require evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
