About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Project Manager to join our team at CONSOR Engineers. As a key member of our project leadership team, you will be responsible for providing project leadership in support of our growing construction management practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and enhance our capabilities to support the administration of complex construction management projects
  • Provide and deliver project and construction management services
  • Support business development efforts, including opportunity pursuit strategies, teaming strategies, and development of statements of qualifications (SOQs)
  • Develop project proposals, scopes, schedules, and budgets
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in civil, construction management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in transportation engineering and/or construction management in roads, bridges
  • Proven track record in client account management, relationship development, and supervision of field and office staff
  • Experience in the full spectrum of consulting services, including positioning, proposal development, and delivery of project scope
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to solve complex construction conflicts
  • Demonstrated Resident Project Manager skills and ability to lead, train, and mentor junior staff
  • Ability to communicate with clients and maintain successful client relations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budget, schedule, and construction quality assurance/control teams
  • Active California State Professional Engineer
