Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, establishing goals and development targets while providing constructive feedback and growth plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to analyze product requirements and develop technical solutions and execution plans for software delivery.
  • Engage in hands-on design, implementation, and delivery of software functionalities.
  • Evaluate and validate the technical designs proposed by the engineering team.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Work with Product Managers to build a backlog that consistently supports the execution of the product roadmap.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of team engineers.
  • Facilitate collaboration between your team and other teams, including local and global engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and product management teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in international clearing and settlement or foreign exchange transactions.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Cassandra, Redis, NoSQL, and Hadoop.
  • Experience with programming languages including Kotlin, Scala, Python, Golang, and R.
  • Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with cloud services like Aliyun Cloud and AWS.
