Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Customer Interaction:
    • Warmly welcomes guests and members, providing immediate assistance.
    • Handles incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Follows established procedures for member check-ins.
    • Addresses member inquiries, requests, and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
    • Maintains accurate records in the Maintenance Log, Fitness profiles, and group fitness reservations.
    • Reports any unsafe conditions or emergencies to management promptly.
  • Club Operations and Administration:
    • Ensures the front desk and lobby are consistently clean and organized.
    • Monitors retail performance to meet and exceed targets.
    • Contacts members regarding overdue payments in collaboration with Front Desk Representatives.
    • Works closely with maintenance and cleaning staff to resolve any facility issues swiftly.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Energetic with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and a positive outlook.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
    • Commitment to customer service with professionalism and diplomacy.
    • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions accurately.
    • Capable of multitasking while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Education & Certifications:
    • High school diploma or GED is required.
    • Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory.
