Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop and implement strategies that promote a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and Manage Compliance Programs to ensure adherence to federal, state, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Quality Initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Manage Compliance Software and Training to ensure staff are equipped to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate Regular Meetings with staff and leadership to discuss compliance and quality issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to identify and address compliance and quality issues.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records and data analysis.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field such as Healthcare Administration, Health Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an ambulatory care environment.
