Lead Scientist in Bioanalytical Research

Frontage Laboratories is in search of a skilled professional to take on the role of Lead Scientist in Bioanalytical Research. This pivotal position involves overseeing critical scientific initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and refine scientific methodologies and assay protocols for LC-MS/MS bioanalytical evaluations
  • Conduct extensive sample analyses and interpret complex data
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
  • Effectively communicate project progress to the Principal Investigator
  • Coordinate research activities in collaboration with the Principal Investigator
  • Assist in drafting comprehensive study summaries and reports
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards for all studies
  • Investigate innovative techniques and methodologies to enhance operational capabilities
  • Provide mentorship to junior scientific personnel while ensuring compliance with GLP regulations
  • Utilize advanced instrumentation while prioritizing safety protocols
  • Serve as the primary liaison for research studies
  • Guide laboratory scientists on designated projects
Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with applicable experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with substantial experience
  • Familiarity with Sciex Analyst software and Watson LIMS is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
