Job Overview

Northeast Family Services is a leading provider of mental health services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We are seeking skilled and compassionate professionals to join our team as Behavior Monitors.

Job Responsibilities

The Behavior Monitor will work in our In-Home Behavioral Service (IHBS) program under the supervision of a licensed IHBS Clinician. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan
  • Working with clients and their family/caregivers to achieve in-home therapy goals
  • Providing support to clients with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure effective support and care
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience working with children, youth, and families
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD
  • A valid driver's license with reliable access to a car
  • Ability to work a specified schedule

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, including:

  • Full-time salary: $42,000 - $52,000
  • Incentive rate: $40/hour over productivity
  • Fee-for-service rate: $25 - $40/hour
