Job Title: Group Home Manager

RISE INC FAMILY is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Home Manager to join our team. As a Group Home Manager, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide exceptional care and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Manage client finances and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Act as a representative and advocate for clients in medical and financial matters.
  • Develop and maintain supportive relationships with team members, DSPs, and clients.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a residential setting.
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with and abide by state and organizational rules and policies.
