POSITION SUMMARY:
As an integral member of the Construction and Maintenance division, the Facilities and Store Planning Coordinator plays a proactive role in supporting all repair and maintenance operations for Moncler Group Americas (Moncler and Stone Island). Reporting directly to the Director of Projects, this position ensures that the retail and corporate environments of Moncler Group Americas are upheld to the highest standards of quality and visual appeal. The scope of properties encompasses direct operation stores, outlets, wholesale accounts, corporate offices, and showrooms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Oversight

Formulate, communicate, and execute project timelines. Provide comprehensive project management assistance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established timelines and budgetary constraints. Create visual documentation to support site assessments, including photographs, hand sketches, annotations on construction documents, and necessary surveys. Research and acquire long lead materials for construction, such as specified millwork, lighting, door hardware, and other essential items. Assist in the preparation and evaluation of meeting minutes, owner change orders, and requests for information. Coordinate the solicitation and management of pricing and vendor proposals. Assess and compare construction bids. Supervise the secure delivery of materials and services. Support construction administration tasks.

Administrative Duties

Organize site photographs. Generate change orders, manage goods receipts, and maintain a weekly tracking log. Ensure invoices accurately reflect contractual amounts and oversee compliance with payment schedules.

Team Collaboration

Act as a collaborative team member and engage in all activities contributing to the overall goals of the department. Foster and maintain a positive and cooperative work atmosphere. Uphold a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required and communicated by management and/or the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience

2+ years in a relevant construction, architecture, or facilities role is essential. Experience in retail, luxury retail, or a commercial environment is preferred.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Ambition to advance a career in project management. Understanding of complex HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings. Technologically skilled with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of CAD and Photoshop is advantageous). Strong administrative capabilities. Client-focused individual who excels in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Professional demeanor; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all employees, management, vendors, and contractors. Collaborative team player with a positive and driven attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing urgent and critical tasks. Operationally efficient and able to improve processes and systems to optimize team and business outcomes. Physical capability to perform occasional lifting and moving of equipment or supplies as necessary. Fluency in Italian is a plus but not mandatory.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the salary rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $28.00 to $36.00 per hour (eligible for overtime).

In addition to a competitive base salary, the appointed candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Moncler Corporate Office.
