Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Planning and Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Moncler Spa. As a key member of our Construction and Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting all repair and maintenance activities for our retail and corporate environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide project management support throughout the project life cycle, ensuring adherence to specified timelines and budget constraints.
  • Prepare visual documentation to support site visits, including photographs, hand sketches, and annotations on construction documents.
  • Research and procure long lead materials for construction, including specified millwork, lighting, door hardware, and other items.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of meeting minutes, owner change orders, and requests for information.
  • Coordinate solicitation and management of pricing and vendor proposals, and receive and evaluate construction bids for comparison.
  • Oversee the secure delivery of materials and services.
  • Support with construction administration duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant construction, architecture, or facilities capacity.
  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, or a commercial setting is preferred.
