The selected candidate will take charge of designing and executing programs and projects that cultivate the skills necessary for Montefiore's workforce to meet their professional and organizational goals. Collaboration with colleagues in the Learning Network and key stakeholders is essential to ensure that all programs are engaging, impactful, and effective for participants, leading to the desired learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing all phases of the development process, which encompasses assessment, prototyping, design, implementation, and evaluation. Decisions will be grounded in comprehensive assessment processes, sound research principles, and a commitment to creating an optimal employee experience.

Programs and projects may vary in scope and can be delivered in-person or through virtual platforms.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, organizational development, or human resources.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing learning, change management, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create materials for a broad organizational audience.
  • Familiarity with common Organizational Development and Change models and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and a capacity to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to present plans and content to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent data collection and analysis capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Solid project management experience, with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel within the greater New York City area as needed.
