We are looking for a skilled Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at High-quality Search. As a key member of our staff, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare complex documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized and secure filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other communication tasks as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, preparing agendas, booking facilities, and recording minutes.
  • Assist with special projects, conducting research, compiling statistics, and preparing reports using data analysis tools.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are essential.
  • Able to work assigned shift hours (4-5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail.

Estimated Salary:** $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
