About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Children's Extraordinary Needs (CEN) program. As a DSP, you will provide essential support to families of children with high medical or behavioral needs, enabling them to thrive in their daily lives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including physical and emotional support, integrated healthcare recommendations, and behavioral interventions.
  • Provide transportation for appointments and daily activities.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, fostering positive self-esteem and a sense of community.
  • Assist with general housekeeping and home management.
Requirements
  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • Must be a biological parent, adoptive parent, step-parent, or legal guardian of a child selected for the CEN program.
  • Your child must be between 5-17 years of age.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
