Position Overview:
The Rehabilitative Therapy Specialist reports directly to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager.

This position is dedicated to delivering high-quality rehabilitative therapy services to patients primarily dealing with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and psychiatric challenges.

The specialist initiates targeted, meaningful activities aimed at improving both the physical and psychosocial well-being of the patient.

Candidate Profile:
A bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the relevant state and maintaining good standing with the governing Board is essential.

While prior home care experience is not mandatory, a minimum of one year’s experience is preferred.
