Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Young Adults

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to provide pediatric home services for clients in Columbia and surrounding areas. As a daily difference-maker, you will bring a New Beginning to the lives of children and young adults with specialized health care needs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care to patients based on their unique needs and treatment plans.
  • Assist in development, review, and revision of the plan of care.
  • Build strong emotional connections with patients and their families to offer a supportive and reassuring presence.
  • Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services via electronic charting.
  • Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, nurse's meetings, and other staff meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Positive, Professional attitude.
