About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with a client in Charlotte, NC, providing high-quality clinical home care and supporting their growth and development. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to our clients, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements
  • RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
