At Great Wolf Resorts, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a critical member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and personnel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations and meet all set standards.
  • Provide administrative support for front-of-house operations, including scheduling, payroll, reservations, inventory, and personnel-related matters.
  • Interact with guests and pack members, providing feedback to staff to ensure quality service and resolving guest concerns.
  • Assist with restaurant operations, including Point of Sale transactions, expediting, re-stocking, quality control, and staff breaks and performance.
  • Ensure restaurants are sanitized, cleaned, stocked, and set up correctly for opening and throughout the shift.
  • Communicate with fellow Supervisors to ensure successful operations of the restaurant.
  • Identify and report Out of Order equipment to management for repair.
  • Support management in staff performance-related matters, including employee reviews, corrective action, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with coordinating and executing birthday parties.
  • Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Requirements:
  • Some High School education or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of previous experience in a food service team lead capacity or leadership role.
  • 1+ year of utilizing Point-of-Sale (POS) technology.
  • Basic mathematical skills for cash handling.
  • Flexibility regarding scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Micros POS.
  • Serve-Safe and/or TIPS certification.
  • Proven teamwork and a professional image that inspires trust and confidence.
  • Enthusiastic and positive energy.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Able to bend, stretch, and twist.
  • Able to stand for long periods.
