Job Summary:
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults and pediatric clients in their homes. As a LPN, you will work closely with our team to deliver compassionate and individualized care, promoting the health and well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
