As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), you will play a vital role in our team, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

We offer a range of shifts, including 8, 12, and 16 hours, primarily on 1st and 3rd shifts, but mid-shifts are also available.

Our patients may require gastrostomy tube (G-Tube), tracheostomy (trach) tube, and/or mechanical ventilator care, and we provide skilled nursing, physical rehabilitation, companion care, respite care, and behavioral care for individuals with chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities.

Our commitment to compassionate care and excellent service makes us an established provider wherever healthcare is needed.

We offer continuing training and education opportunities, including on-site skills labs and online training, to help our caregivers expand their nursing skill set.

Our Novice Nurse Program provides a year of hands-on learning and support to new graduate RNs and LPNs in a home healthcare environment.
