We are a well-established and busy organization in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment and Parts Industry, servicing semiconductor manufacturing companies nationwide. Our team is seeking an experienced sales professional to join us in a 100% remote Inside Sales Representative role.

Job Overview

This Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for direct customer contact (primarily via email and phone) to assist with spare parts and service needs, generate quotes, and provide product information. A strong background in semiconductor parts and machinery is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Discuss clients' needs and timeframes via phone calls
  • Look up parts and equipment information
  • Create quotes and confirm orders
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and internal team members
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A solid background in semiconductor equipment technology
  • Excellent customer service skills, including good phone presence, timely responses, and follow-through on requests
  • Proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Be energetic, self-motivated, and flexible in tasks
  • Be money-motivated
Compensation and Benefits

This is a direct hire opportunity offering a base salary of $50,000, plus uncapped commissions, benefits, and incentives. With expected first-year income exceeding $100,000, this represents a long-term career opportunity for a motivated individual.
