Job Description

As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling non-standard auto insurance to new and existing customers. Your primary goals will be to:

  • Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production targets.
  • Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals.
  • Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank in a timely manner.

You will connect quickly with clients, build strong relationships, and educate them on which products best fit their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal lines or property and casualty license (preferred but not required).
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (desired).
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
  • An ambitious professional driven by opportunities for advancement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Growth Opportunities

The estimated salary range for this role is $15-$17 per hour. As an Insurance Agent, you'll have the opportunity to earn unlimited commissions and bonuses, making your earnings potentially much higher. We also offer comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your career.
