Real Estate Investment Role - Acquisition Specialist

Diamond Equity Investments is on the lookout for a driven professional to become part of our team as an Acquisition Specialist. Our firm boasts a solid history of property transactions, having successfully handled numerous properties in the past year.

In the role of Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include negotiating agreements, acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, and ensuring the seamless execution of transactions. Your emphasis will be on nurturing relationships and finalizing deals, rather than overseeing construction projects.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $100,000 (including profit sharing)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee leads and follow-ups utilizing CRM systems for effective deal closure
  • Negotiate agreements and assist sellers throughout the sales journey
  • Perform property valuation assessments and analyze market trends
  • Serve as a conduit between buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Provide outstanding customer service and uphold excellent communication
  • Manage post-closing processes and gather testimonials from satisfied clients
Qualifications:
  • Background in sales, especially in high-value transactions
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Genuine interest in real estate and a strong desire to excel
  • Prior experience in real estate acquisitions or sales is advantageous
