Rehabilitation Services Assistant

Join our dynamic team as a Rehabilitation Services Assistant, providing essential administrative support to our healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include processing and preparing patient information, registering and scheduling patients, and handling patient payments.
We offer a salary range of $28.00-$39.00 per hour, reflecting the value we place on this role in delivering high-quality patient care. As a Rehabilitation Services Assistant, you will work closely with our clinicians to ensure seamless operations at our outpatient clinic, serving over 200 patients daily.
In this role, you will require working knowledge of electronic medical records, including scheduling and registration. EPIC experience is preferred. Strong communication skills are also essential, enabling effective interaction with patients and staff from diverse backgrounds.
