Position Title: Retail Service Specialist - Part Time

Overview:
This role is designed for part-time engagement, requiring 30 hours of work weekly.

We seek an individual who excels in a customer-focused sales environment.

Comprehensive training will be provided on a variety of AAA products and services, enabling you to assist members confidently.

This training will equip you to achieve both personal and team goals in cross-selling and upselling.

Additionally, there are opportunities for advancement through skill-based pay increases, quarterly bonuses, and career progression (90% of our management team is promoted from within).


This entry-level position within our branch network is perfect for candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment while engaging with AAA members.


Responsibilities include fulfilling member requests such as: capturing passport photos, planning road trips, distributing maps and travel guides, handling cashier duties, and providing various member services.

Our branch operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, with closures on Sundays and most holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to surpass assigned sales or service quality targets
  • Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel locally as needed
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
The starting pay for this position is $22.00 per hour.

Moreover, after completing your first year in this role, you will qualify for our incentive program based on your individual and team performance.
