Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment, and restocking shelves.
  • Participate in sales promotions and campaigns, suggesting products to customers and building customer relationships.
  • Review and adhere to all city, county, state, and federal laws affecting store operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager, including preparing hot food items, cleaning drains, and deep cleaning the restroom.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent computer skills and competency in PDI Enterprise POS.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn simple tasks quickly and work with little or no supervision.
  • Basic math skills and ability to communicate in English.
  • Food Handlers Permit, if required by store/county.
