Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to engage in a contract-to-hire role focused on delivering top-tier desktop and IT assistance.

Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and field hardware repair.
  • A+ Certification or a commitment to obtain A+ certification within a specified timeframe.
  • OEM Certifications (e.g., Dell, Lenovo).
  • Experience with Apple/Mac systems.
  • Proficiency in imaging from both Network and USB sources.
  • Experience in supporting Laptop, Desktop, and Printer hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNOW.
Core Responsibilities
  • Participate in paid training programs.
  • Deliver outstanding, daily on-site customer service to high-profile client executives.
  • Exhibit excellent time management and reporting capabilities.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows OS, OSX, and Linux/Unix.
  • Oversee triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT equipment issues.
  • Occasionally work at heights, with training provided for lifting equipment.
  • Document efforts, issues, and resolutions, ensuring daily closure of cases/tickets.
  • Provide insights into PCs, Printers, Thin Clients, Access Points, Servers, Network switches, Multi-Function Devices, and Tablets.
