About the Role
Dresser Utility Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end contract life cycle, ensure compliance, and maximize value. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing contract management strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business objectives, and managing operational, financial, and legal risk through robust contract management.

Main Responsibilities
1. Contract Strategy and Development
* Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure compliance and maximize value
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business objectives
2. Contract Negotiation and Administration
* Negotiate and execute various contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, purchase agreements, service agreements, purchase orders, LOIs, change orders, and vendor contracts
* Manage the full contract life cycle from initiation through execution, renewal, or termination
3. Risk Management and Compliance
* Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and legal risk
* Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
4. Stakeholder Communication and Training
* Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters across multiple domestic and international business units
* Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract management concepts, best practices, and obligations

Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, Law, or a related field
* Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex agreements and other documents with multiple stakeholders
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
* Proficient in using contract management software and tools
* High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Estimated salary: $140,000 - $220,000 per annum.
