Job Summary:

The Hospitality Ambassador, reporting directly to the General Manager, is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations in a Luxury Airport Lounge. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, and ensures superior food and beverage quality and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Train, manage, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Catering Events: Assist with catering events tied to shows, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Beverage Program: Establish and maintain a beverage program, including seasonal specials and promotions.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors to increase positive cost results and ensure high-quality products.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of first-class bar/concession stand operations, including budgeting and cost control.
Preferred Qualifications:
