Job Summary

The Spa Attendant is a key member of the Pechanga Spa team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all customers in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to department operating standards.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of spa treatments and services, and effectively communicate descriptions to sell treatments.
  • Provide a thorough tour of the spa facility, highlighting amenities and services.
  • Ensure efficient service to all customers by providing necessary supplies and responding to requests in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe facility, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Inform guests of emergency procedures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper stocking and cleaning of spa locker rooms.
  • Ability to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work in a timely manner.
  • Provide assistance in the retail area, promoting spa products and services.
  • Able to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.
  • Reports any unusual activity to management.
  • Familiar with all safety and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with all departments and employees, fostering a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
Accountability

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications and Guidelines

A High school diploma or general education degree (GED); no prior experience is required to successfully perform this job.

Communication Skills

This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills

This position requires the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Reasoning Ability

This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Qualify to obtain class H gaming license.

Skills/Abilities

Any combination of education, training, or experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Other Qualifications

Good attitude, professional demeanor, ability to work under stressful situations, and flexibility with hours or shifts.
