The GrapeSeed Spa, part of Carter Hospitality Group, is in search of a dedicated Spa Consultant who excels in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all visitors; assess their needs and guide them to the appropriate personnel or services.
  • Engage with guests and staff in a polite and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls on a multi-line system, ensuring courteous communication; take messages or redirect calls as necessary.
  • Regularly check and respond to messages both at the start and end of each workday.
  • Schedule appointments through various channels, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
  • Gather all necessary information to facilitate proper appointment scheduling.
  • Utilize the computer system effectively and accurately.
  • Prepare and print itineraries for guests, therapists, and staff.
  • Ensure timely check-ins for guests receiving services, notifying therapists of arrivals.
  • Process guest check-outs, applying relevant discounts and handling transactions.
  • Collect guest feedback through comment cards, aiming for approximately four per day.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling practices, ensuring proper accountability at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Arrive punctually for shifts and maintain satisfactory attendance records.
  • Adhere to all dress code policies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and mailing as needed.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and other essential records.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Possess product knowledge or demonstrate a willingness to learn.
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism when dealing with confidential matters.
