Job Summary

The Spa Attendant is a key member of the Pechanga team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all customers in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to our high standards of service.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our spa treatments and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to our guests.
  • Provide a comprehensive tour of our facilities, highlighting the features and amenities that set us apart.
  • Ensure efficient service delivery by providing all necessary supplies and equipment in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests for information about our services and facilities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Inform guests of emergency procedures and protocols, and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Thoroughly understand and adhere to our policies and procedures for stocking and cleaning the spa locker room.
  • Ability to work independently and logically plan, organize, and complete work in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual events, and refer difficult situations to their attention for handling.
  • Provide assistance in the retail area, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Able to maintain attendance in conformance with our standards, and report any unusual activity to management.
  • Familiar with all safety and emergency procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with all departments and employees, to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
Qualifications and Guidelines

This position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), and no prior experience is required to successfully perform this job.

This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

This position also requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

This position requires the ability to calculate figures and amounts, and apply concepts of basic algebra.

This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Qualify to obtain a Class H gaming license.

Skills and Abilities

Any combination of education, training, or experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.

CPR training.

Previous spa experience or other related customer service experience is a plus.
