  • Consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
  • Review and analyze complex software engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of software engineering principles, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Java microservices skills and experience with full-stack development in Java/J2EE/Javascript technologies.
  • Experience with SQL, YAML, XML, JSON, KAFKA, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, Gradle, and SonarQube.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging applications, performing unit testing, code reviews, and quality and security checks.
  • Experience with automation tools like Selenium and test frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, and Cucumber.
  • Familiarity with static code analysis, code coverage analysis, cross-browser testing, API testing, and test data management.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum SDLC and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, logical thinker, problem solver, team player, and excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
