Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Della Infotech. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Evaluate documents to ensure accurate information for billing purposes
  • Enter patient information into our customer information system
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations and make decisions as needed off-hours or without supervision
  • Become knowledgeable about customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED; some college education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to customers and employees
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
