Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our healthcare customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle patient and referral source inquiries with empathy and professionalism
* Communicate effectively with insurance companies and obtain prior authorization requests as needed
* Enter patient information into our customer information system with accuracy and attention to detail
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective resolutions to customer concerns

Requirements:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of one year of customer service experience. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to industry standards and regulations.
