Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and assisting with membership sales and renewals.
- Facilitate updates to member accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fitness center, including completing daily tasks and prioritizing cleaning projects.
- Collaborate with the Club Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and passion for fitness and health.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues.
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
